- On no account should triplication of classes be permitted except where three distinct languages are taught separately. When classes are so triplicated, the number of boys in all the sections of any one class should be limited to 100, so that it may be possible for all the boys promoted to remain in the school without causing the number of boys in the higher classes to exceed the prescribed limit.(D.
