Section 69A(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983
(1)There shall be one or more Agricultural Universities and College Tribunal for one or more universities in the State of Maharashtra 'for adjudication of disputes between the employees of the Universities and their respective university and between the employees of the affiliated colleges or recognized institutions and their respective managements, with regard to the matters specified in sub-section (1) of section 69B.
