Section 17(1) in The U.P. Lokayukta And Up-Lokayuktas Act, 1975
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Lokayukta or the Up-Lokayukta or against any officer, employee, agency or person referred to in Section 14 in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
