Section 7(3)(a) in Jammu and Kashmir Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1968

(a)where any works have, during the period of requisition, been constructed in or over, the property wholly or partially at the expenses of the Government and the Government decides that the value of, or the right to use, such works should be secured or preserved for the purposes of the Government; or
