Section 77(1) in The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018
(1)The lead manager(s) shall ensure availability of the letter of offer and other issue material including application forms with stock exchanges, registrar to issue, registrar and share transfer agents, depository participants, stock brokers, underwriters, bankers to the issue, investors` associations and self certified syndicate banks before the opening of the issue.
