(1)Except as otherwise provided in these regulations, public issue of municipal debt securities shall be kept open for at least three working days.(2)The issuer may extend the bidding period disclosed in the offer document, in case of force majeure, banking strike or similar circumstances, for a minimum period of three working days.]
