Section 9(3) in Swarnim Gujarat Sports University Act, 2011
(3)(a)The State Government, for the purpose of sub-section (1) shall appoint a Committee which shall consist of three members, one of which shall be a renowned sports personality and another shall be a senior Government Officer, either retired or in service or a Vice-Chancellor, acting or retired;(b)The State Government shall appoint one of the members of the Committee as its Chairperson.
