Section 133(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1997
(1)The Deputy Commissioner may in order to ensure free and fair election, prohibit any fair (including cattle fairs) or shandies in a Panchayat area on the day of election to the Gram Panchayat or such area.
