Section 1 in U.P. Indian Medical Institutions (Acquisition and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1982
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Indian Medical Institutions (Acquisition and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1982.(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [Enforced on 2-7-1982.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
