(j)in section 10, in sub-section (1), -

(A)in clause (i), for the words "national highways", the words "roads and other infrastructure" shall be substituted;

(B)clause (iii) shall be omitted;

(C)for clauses (v) and (vi), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely:-
