Section 101 in The Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
101. Application.
- This Chapter shall apply to:-(a)all co-operative housing societies registered or deemed to be registered before the commencement of the Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001, or under any law relating to Co-operative Societies in force in the State of Goa, and the registration of which has not been cancelled before such commencement, and(b)all co-operative housing societies registered or deemed to be registered under this Act.
