Section 18(1)(a) in Uttar Pradesh Sugar Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1971

(a)having in his possession, custody or control any property, asset, book of account, register or other document forming part or relating to a scheduled undertaking vested in the Corporation under Section 3, withholds it from the Collector in contravention of the provisions of Section 5; or
