1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Damodar Valley Corporation (salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the Chairman, Members and Member-Secretary of the Corporation) Rules, 2013.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
