203. Payment of fees.
(1) Unless the state government otherwise directs, all fees payable to it under these Act or the rules except audit fees, shall be paid in court-fee stamps or in Treasury Challan under suitable head of account to be notified by the State Government from time to time.(2)Audit fees payable to government or to an audit officer, not being a government officer and, dues and fees payable to a co-operative society shall be paid in cash, cheque or by bank draft under proper receipt and audit fees payable to the Government shall be deposited in the concerned Treasury by means of challan in TR Form.
