Section 206(1) in The U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916
(1)A sanction given or deemed to have been given by a [Municipality] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 12 of 1994.] under [Sections 204 and 205] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 7 of 1949.] shall be available for one year.
