Section 41(1) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Disposal of Government Lands) Rules, 1971
(1)Where unoccupied land is disposed of under Section 20 read with Section 31 for any non-agricultural purpose, it shall be used for the purpose for which it is granted, and be subject to such terms and conditions as the Collector may annex to the grant in accordance with the provisions of these rules and to the payment of non-agricultural assessment as may be fixed by the Collector under the provisions of Chapter VII of the Code and the rules made thereunder.
