The joining time admissible in each of the cases mentioned in rule 105 shall be regulated by such rules as may be prescribed by the Governor with due regard to the time required for actual transit and for the organization of domestic establishment.(For rules made by the Governor under rule 106, see Part III of this Volume, Chapter XVIII).
