(2)One time empanelment fee of rupees one lakh, shall be submitted along with the application, to the Authority. The empanelment fee shall be realized by the Authority within fifteen days from the date of sending intimation of grant of certificate of empanelment under regulation 17:Provided that every empanelled annuity service provider shall, at the time of renewal of empanelment certificate pay such renewal fees, if any, as may be specified by the Authority, from time to time through a circular, order or notification issued by it.
