Section 295 in Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920
295. Prohibition against infected person carrying on occupation.
- If any person knows or has been certified by the health officer, (he local medical officer, or a registered medical practitioner that he is suffering from a dangerous disease, he shall not engage in any occupation, or any trade or business unless he can do so without risk of spreading the disease.
