Section 47(2)(a) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011

(a)As soon as may be, after the commencement of this Adhiniyam, the Government may, after consulting the Vice-Chancellor of the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya and the Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya, direct, by general or special order, that such employees of the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya and as are specified in such order, shall stand allotted to serve in connection with the affairs of the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya and or Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya with effect from such date as shall be specified in such order;
