Section 1 in The M.P. Vidyut Sudhar Adhiniyam, 2000
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Sudhar Adhiniyam, 2000.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall [come into force on such date] [W.e.f. 3-7-2001, vide Notification No. 3973-3-14-XIII-2001, dated 4-7-2001. published in M.P. Rajpatra (Asadharan), dated 4-7-2001.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
