Section 28(1) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(1)Every officer on his first appointment shall submit a return of his assets and liabilities giving full particulars regarding -(a)the immovable property, inherited by him or owned or acquired by him or held by him on lease or mortgage either in his name or in the name of any member of his family;(b)shares, debentures and cash including bank deposits inherited by him or similarly owned or acquired or held by him;(c)other movable property inherited by him or similarly owned or acquired or held by him; and(d)debts and other liabilities incurred by him directly or indirectly:Provided that, in the case of an officer, who is already in the service of the Bank on the date of the commencement of these regulations shall submit a return within three months from the date of commencement of these regulations.
