(2)A list of business to be transacted at every meeting except an adjourned meeting shall be sent to each member of the Town Vending Committee at least forty eight hours before the time fixed for each meeting:Provided that if the list of business is sent by post it shall be so sent that it may be served to the members within stipulated time.
