(2)The Council shall comprise the following Members namely :-(a)the Principal Secretary/ Secretary to the State Government in-charge Higher Education, Medical Education, Agriculture and Law,(b)the Vice-Chancellors of G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumaun University, Technical University;(c)the Principal Secretary/Secretary Department of Technical Education shall be the member Convener of the Council.Note. - Senior most Principal Secretary/Secretary, shall preside over the meeting of the Council.]
