Section 14(1) in University of Rajasthan Act, 1946
(1)The Registrar shall be appointed by the Syndicate on the recommendation of a Selection Committee consisting of the following :-See Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Rajasthan Universities' Teachers and Officers (Special conditions of Service) Act of 1974 as amended vide Act of 1976.
