Section 61(5) in The Daman And Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(5)The office of the President shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes according to a roster of reservation which shall be maintained in such form and manner as may be prescribed :Provided that the office of the President shall be reserved for women in every second term.
