           UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
                               O R D E R 

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we permit the appellant to go abroad for the medical treatment of his daughter. We however direct that the appellant will be permitted to stay outside the country for a Crl.A. No. 1353 of 2011 2 maximum period of two months from the date he departs from India. The appellant will also furnish his itinerary in this Court as also to the the U.K. High Commission before his departure from India. No further orders are necessary.

Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
