Section 40(x) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 1996
(x)The quarry permit holder shall surrender on expiry' of the permit all duplicates of transit passes issued to him to the Sanctioning Authority and furnish to him a complete statement indicating the quantities of minerals removed and other particulars as may be required by the Sanctioning Authority'.
