Section 9(3) in The Orissa Cement Control Order, 1973
(3)Upon due compliance with all obligations under the licence by the stockist, the amount of security deposit or such part thereof, which is not forfeited as aforesaid, shall be refunded to the stockist after the termination of the licence.
