(2)The Collector may also determine the amount of compensation on the basis of written consented amount as agreed by the land owner.Provided that the consented amount shall not exceed the market value of the land.Provided further that the Collector shall ensure that the land holder, while giving such written consent, has clearly understood the benefits to which he is entitled had the land been acquired in accordance with the provisions of this Act, and that the written consent granted by him was given of his own volition and free will without any compulsion or intimidation from any person, and recorded the same in writing.
