11. Appointment of election Agent.
- A candidate at an election may appoint an election agent in Form No. 17 and notice of such appointment shall be given by forwarding the same in duplicate, to the Returning Officer, who shall return one copy thereof to the election agent after affixing thereon his seal and signature in token of his approval for the appointment.
