Section 7(1) in The Competition Commission of India (Manner of Recovery of Monetary Penalty) Regulations, 2011
(1)The Commission may from time-to-time authorise any of its officers to function as recovery officer for the purposes of these regulations, to recover the penalties in the manner specified under these regulations.
