2. Amendment of section 9.
In Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences University Act, 1995 in Section 9, for clause (8), the following clause shall be substituted, namely,-“(8) the Director, Visakha Institute of Medical Sciences, Visakhapatnam;”.
