(a)any suit regarding the assessment of revenue on land situate in [Subs. by, s. 9 of the Greater Bombay Laws and the Bombay High Court (Declaration of Limits) Act, 1945 (Bom. 17 of 1945), Schedule E. read with Bom. 52 of 1947, s. 2 proviso, for “the Collectorate of Bombay”][the City of Bombay], or the collection of such revenue;
