As per office report, service is not complete on respondent nos. 1 to 6. Ld. Counsel, Mr Deepak Reddy appearing on behalf of Mr Thananjayan S, Advocate-on-record submits that vakalatnama on behalf of the said respondents would be filed during the course of the day and seeks time to file counter affidavit. Be filed. Registry to update the records. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks.

Service is complete on respondent no.7 but none has entered appearance.

At the end of the period aforesaid, whether counter affidavit is filed or not, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon’ble Court as per rules as Hon’ble Court has on 30.09.2024 issued notice returnable within four weeks.
