Section 93(a) in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
(a)every vehicle or such moving equipment is equipped with-(i)Silencers;(ii)Tail lights;(iii)Power and hand brakes;(iv)Reversing alarm, and(v)search light for forward and backward movement, which are required for safe operation of such vehicle or earth moving equipment;
