Section 22 in Orissa Zilla Parishad Election Rules, 1994
22. Supply of forms.
- The Election Officer shall supply to the Presiding Officer appointed for each polling station with following papers:(i)a list of candidates in Form No. 8;(ii)a working copy of the voters' list relating to the Polling Stations(s);(iii)another copy of the voter's list relating to the polling station(s);(iv)required number of ballot papers (Form No. 10);(v)ballot papers account (Form No. 11).
