PER COURT :-
1. It appears that deceased was the Government Contractor doing civil work. Though he had carried out certain work pertaining to construction of Savargaon to Puranwadi and Nagapur Reulgaon Ghatshendra, Tq. Kannad, District Aurangabad, he did not get the payment from the P.W.D. since the complaint about substandard work came to be filed by the present applicants. Though, names of the present applicants except the name of Shaikh Pashu are mentioned in the suicidal note, in the given set of allegations, I do not think that custodial interrogation of the applicants is required, however, the learned A.P.P. seeks adjournment to find out antecedents of the applicant Shaikh Pashu s/o Shaikh Yasin. Stand over to 9.10.2019.

2. Meanwhile, untill further orders, in the event of arrest of the applicant Ashok s/o Panditrao Walunje in ABA no.1229 of 2019, applicant-Shaikh Pashu s/o Shaikh Yasin in ABA No.1150 of 2019, applicant-Panditrao s/o Ramrao Bhosale in ABA No.1223/2019, and applicant Raosaheb s/o Ganpat Nikam in ABA No.1224 of 2019 in connection with crime No.271 of 2019 registered with Jawahar Nagar Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under sections 306, 384, 34 of I.P.C., they be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) each with one surety each of the like amount, on the following conditions:-
a) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
b) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e on every Sunday between 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. till further orders.
3. Stand over to 9.10.2019.
