Order 09/11/2023 Being aggrieved of the order dated 22.09.2023 (Annex-7), passed by the respondents, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from District Technology Center, Sriganganagar to District Office of Information Technology and Communication Department, Shahpura, Bhilwara, the petitioner approached the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jodhpur, which dismissed the appeal on 12.10.2023 (Annex-10). [2023:RJ-JD:38943] (2 of 2) [CW-17079/2023] Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the posts are lying vacant at Sriganganagar and Anoopgarh District, and therefore, the respondents be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for being accommodated at Sriganganagar and Anoopgarh District.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of. The petitioner may approach the respondent by way of filing representation. In case representation is addressed, it is expected from the respondent to decide the same appropriately and expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of ten days from the date of representation.
