Section 35(1) in Tamil Nadu Fisheries University Act, 2012
(1)The Board shall appoint a Finance Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-(a)The Vice-Chancellor;(b)The Secretary to Government, in-charge of Fisheries;(c)The Secretary to Government, in-charge of Finance;(d)One member chosen by the Board from amongst its non-official members; and(e)The Finance Officer.
