With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, Mr.Justice Vinod Goel, former Judge of this Court is appointed as an Observer/Returning Officer to supervise the process of election of Shahdara Bar Association at Karkardooma Courts to be held in May/June, 2022.
Mr.Rakesh Tiwari, retired District Judge is appointed as an officer to assist the Observer/Returning Officer.
At the instance of learned counsel for Shahdara Bar Association, it is directed that Justice Vinod Goel and Shri Rakesh Tiwari shall be paid honorarium of Rs.2,00,000/- and Rs.1,00,000/- respectively.
