Section 25B(3) in The Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014
(3)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), the term of non-official members of the Building Committee shall be of three years from the date of their appointment. The Building Committee member shall be eligible for renomination or re-appointment, as the case may be.
