Section 6(4) in Manipur Municipality Ombudsman Act, 2013
(4)Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), the Ombudsman may for the purpose of conducting investigations under this Act utilize the service of:(a)any officer or Investigating agency of the State Government; or(b)any other agency.
