Section 1 in Railway Passengers (Manner of Investigation of Untoward Incidents) Rules, 2020
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called Railway Passengers (Manner of Investigation of Untoward Incidents) Rules, 2020.(2)They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January, 2020.
