Section 7(1) in The Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur Statutes, 1987
(1)The panel of recommendees in order of merit prepared in accordance with Statute 6 (a), 6 (b) and 6 (c) shall be submitted by the Vice-Chancellor to the appointing authority with his own recorded recommendation.
