Section 14 in Himachal Pradesh Para-Veterinary Council Act, 2010
14. Proceedings of meeting to be valid.
- Until the contrary is proved, every meeting of the Council shall be deemed to have been duly convened when the minutes of the meeting have been signed in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
