Section 60 in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
60. Indemnification of the Chief Executive Officer.
(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall be indemnified out of the funds of the society for all costs, charges, travelling and other expenses incurred by him in the conduct of the society' business or in the discharge of his duties.(2)The society shall make such contribution towards the costs of deputation of the officer as the State Government may direct.
