Section 43(1) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001
(1)The proceedings for revocation of the licence or for passing of any other orders specified in Section 23 and 25 of the Act shall be initiated by an order passed by the Commission which the Commission may initiate suo motto or on application of the licensee or on receiving any complaint or information from any person.
