b) Bhartiya   Pratiraksha   Mzdoor   Sangh   (BPMS)   letter   No.  BPMS/Corres/14/2013 dated 20/02/2013 signed by Sh. P. S.  Bisht.

The CPIO has not provided the desired information.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present:­ Appellant: Present through VC .
Respondent:  Anil   Kumar,   Deputy   Secretary   (CP),   FAA   and  Gadadhar Dutta, ASO(JCM), Min. of Defence  present in person.

Appellant mentioned that he has not received hard copy, duly  certified from the CPIO. However, he has received the same by  email.
FAA   mentioned   that   requisite   information   was   sent   to   the  appellant   on   9.10.2014   by   ordinary   post.     He   also   enquired  from   the   appellant   his   email   address   and   sent   information  through  email   also.     He  apologized   for   sending   RTI   reply   by  ordinary post.
Decision  Commission is unhappy over the manner in which RTI application  was dealt in this particular case.   FAA is directed to send  requisite   information,   duly   certified,   to   the   appellant   by  speed post/registered post within 15 days of receipt of this  order.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
