Section 16 in Assam Non-Government Educational Institutions (Regulation and Management) Act, 2006
16. Code of Conduct for the employee.
- Every employee of the non-government educational institution shall be governed by such Code of Conduct as may be prescribed, and on violation of any provision of such Code of Conduct the employee shall be liable to such disciplinary action as may be prescribed.
